Two of Tampa Bay's 50 Fastest Growing Companies Relocating to City Center St Pete

PowerChord Inc. and Squaremouth, Inc., two of Tampa Bay’s 50 fastest growing companies in 2010 and/or 2011 have signed new leases at City Center St. Petersburg while Reingruber & Company has signed a renewal & expansion. In addition, State Farm Insurance expanded its existing space. In total, City Center inked over 20,000 square feet in new leases in the month of July alone.

Online brand and web management firm PowerChord, Inc. is relocating and expanding from smaller offices in St. Petersburg’s central business district. Represented by Michael Fisher of CB Richard Ellis, the firm leased 10,354 square feet. "City Center had the right blend of upscale and modern aesthetics we were looking for yet still retains a casual atmosphere,” stated PowerChord President and CEO, Patrick Schunk. “It has a very comfortable open feel and the location is the best in St. Pete."

Squaremouth Inc., a leading comparison website for travel insurance, is relocating their headquarters to downtown St. Petersburg from St. Pete Beach. The firm leased 3,381 square feet. “After an extensive search of downtown St Petersburg, we chose City Center for the incredible office space and the service we received from the landlord,” stated Chris Harvey, Chief Executive of Squaremouth. “Larry Feldman and his team made us feel very welcome from our first meeting. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They provided us with extensive information on the building as well as an architect who understood exactly what we wanted to achieve. We are a fast growing software company and could not be happier about our decision to choose City Center. Meanwhile longtime tenant, Reingruber & Company, P.A., a certified public accounting firm serving the long term care community has signed a 6,123 square foot renewal and expansion lease. Tammi Hughes with Carter and Associates represented Reingruber & Co in the transaction. Reingruber and Company has been a tenant in City Center for nearly 14 years and has re-committed to the building with a long term lease.
